The Underground Contractors Association (UCA), established in 1957, is a not-for-profit trade association of contractors and suppliers in sewer, water, utility and underground industries throughout Illinois. It is active in market development, information, education, labor, and the promotion of safety.
UCA represents over 200 contractor and associate member companies involved in:

- Trenchless Rehabilitation and Installation
- Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction
- Phone, Cable, and Electric Installation
- Excavation and Site Work
- Hazardous Waste Removal
- Storm Drainage
