Labor Committee
The Labor Committee represents UCA on the Mid-American Regional Bargaining Association (MARBA) Board of Directors. The committee is responsible for monitoring all labor collective bargaining negotiations, the MARBA Industry Advancement Fund (MIAF) contributions, grievances, arbitrations and other labor matters. Open to contractor members only.
