Dear Representative :
I write today to express opposition to proposed cuts
to the Clean Water State Revolving Funds program, and urge you to
amend the FY05 VA-HUD Appropriations bill to match the
Senate amount ($1.35 billion) for the Clean Water SRF.
Illinois currently has 155 Clean Water SRF projects waiting
for funding on it's FY05 priority list at an estimated
cost of $673 million.
